100*(uninhibited rate-inhibited rate)/uninhibited rate. The bubble test software will
display this for all channels under test. The temperature of the test is important
as a whole set of percentage protection values is displayed with respect to

LPR tests are collected over time giving Corrosion Rate results. Results can be printed at the end in many
ways including tables, lines and bar graphs. Cells (or Channels) are assigned together into Groups, each
group has an Add Inhibitor button, once pressed, end corrosion rates can be calculated at the end of the
test over 3 periods – prior to Add Inhibitor, after 2 hours and after 16 hours, this enables Percentage
Protection to be calculated.</p>Kulim Hi-Tech Sdn Bhdhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12428445220167857152noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5522187972976478139.post-13824567994665590522023-08-21T23:36:00.000-07:002023-08-21T23:36:35.665-07:00Bubble Test - LPR - Inhibitors Gill 6,8,12 ACM Instruments Kulim Kht<p></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhjy0W7xnGJg_1VhjsYKFi_qIigJ3zl9AP6_6KKwrSIZKqKvzhqPf3o3HDs7P_f5JaGQKLirkC1TATPx2nbGG6A3yW64JOiDJp-sFAKYqD4Jza5OGYkNgmbBxH17MG-L4oiNR3AaK58L5SHeusVGDv5oIpRBCylY4pBktXQd_j57_6bFj9of8GB50ilhDuD/s4080/20230815_115159.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="2296" data-original-width="4080" height="225" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhjy0W7xnGJg_1VhjsYKFi_qIigJ3zl9AP6_6KKwrSIZKqKvzhqPf3o3HDs7P_f5JaGQKLirkC1TATPx2nbGG6A3yW64JOiDJp-sFAKYqD4Jza5OGYkNgmbBxH17MG-L4oiNR3AaK58L5SHeusVGDv5oIpRBCylY4pBktXQd_j57_6bFj9of8GB50ilhDuD/w400-h225/20230815_115159.jpg" width="400" /></a></div><br />Testing of these chemicals is performed by makers and users. Makers set up
initial screening to not reject any potential good ones. Users set up initial
screening to reject any potential bad ones. Test metal should be the same metal
as that to be protected as should be the test fluid. The two most widely used
tests are LPR and Tafel plots. Both are ideally performed using a Gill 8 or Gill 12.
The use of a multiple channel instrument allows for replication to gain confidence
in the results. The Bubble Test software automatically groups the tests and prints
inhibition reports using the LPR method. After all the small LPR perturbations
have been made an optional Tafel sweep is performed to obtain the Tafel slopes.
AC impedance is less commonly used except with high resistance electrolytes
where the IR drop in the solution needs to be measured and overcome. <p></p>Kulim Hi-Tech Sdn Bhdhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12428445220167857152noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5522187972976478139.post-18282469331153066422023-06-12T22:22:00.001-07:002023-06-12T22:25:17.379-07:00Potentiostat KHT ACM MultiPot 16.<iframe frameborder="0" height="270" src="https://youtube.com/embed/0cGwQdD2wCY" width="480"></iframe><div><br /></div><div><span style="background-color: white; color: #424753; font-family: Raleway, Helvetica, Tahoma, Geneva, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;">The </span><a href="http://www.acminstruments.com/products/lab-instruments/pot-16" style="background: rgb(255, 255, 255); box-sizing: inherit; color: #da251d; font-family: Raleway, Helvetica, Tahoma, Geneva, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; text-decoration-line: none; transition: all 0.2s ease 0s;" title="Click to view Pot 16 details">Pot 16</a><span style="background-color: white; color: #424753; font-family: Raleway, Helvetica, Tahoma, Geneva, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;"> has 16 potentiostats built in, each at a fixed range i.e. not changed through the software. Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) is a popular real-time
label-free method to assess biomolecular interactions
especially in the fields of drug discovery and biosensor
development.
Multi-Parametric Surface Plasmon Resonance (MP-SPR)
scans a broad angular range and records whole SPR curve.
Hence from the same measurement, MP-SPR provides
more information about changes at the surface than
traditional SPR. Additionally, MP-SPR records also bulk
(solvent) effect simultaneously with the binding signal in
every channel. Thanks to the PureKinetics™ feature, bulk
effect can be separated from molecular binding events
in real-time, providing more reliable results and enabling
measurements, which are not possible using traditional
SPR instruments. PureKinetics™ enables measurement
of kinetics in altering dissociation buffers (Application
Note #147) To quantify affinity and kinetic parameters of the biomolecular interaction,
binding at not less than two concentrations of the analyte needs to be measured.
Concentrations need to be in the range close to the dissociation constant (KD),
and usually a few more concentrations are required, as affinity is typically
unknown. Conventionally, the dissociation rate is measured after each analyte
concentration. Additionally, if dissociation is slow, the remaining part of the
bound analyte is removed using a run of regeneration solution between
the sample injections. Ideal regeneration breaks the bonds between
the ligand and the analyte without deactivating the molecules on
the surface. However, such regeneration is sometimes difficult to achieve and also
the ligand is damaged.
The KineticTitration option allows the injection of samples sequentially and the
dissociation is measured only at the end of the whole run. This shortens the time
required for the whole measurement cycle (Figure 1).
KineticTitration is especially useful when:
• results are needed quickly
• there is less time available for assay optimization
(such as for finding a suitable regeneration solution)
• surface is difficult or impossible to regenerate without losing
the activity of the ligan<br /> </p>Kulim Hi-Tech Sdn Bhdhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12428445220167857152noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5522187972976478139.post-59097278810549499032023-01-05T19:23:00.000-08:002023-01-05T19:23:40.022-08:00Weld Tester Kulim-KHT ACM Gill<iframe frameborder="0" height="270" src="https://youtube.com/embed/Pf4NmmOD5DY" width="480"></iframe><div><br /></div><div> ZRAs a weld tester is the

Each weld is a complex galvanic couple made
up of parent metal (e.g. a pipeline) a weld metal and an area of heat affected
metal. Under many circumstances the bulk of the anodic dissolution is within the
heat affected zone (haz). This very thin anode and large cathode of parent metal
is the worst possible case rapidly leading to failure. Conventional electrochemical
testing in which a sample of the weld is immersed and used as the working
electrode will only reveal a low overall net rate not the high rate in the heat
affected zone. The solution is to segment the sample weld cutting out test
electrodes of parent1 haz1 weld haz2 and parent2. These can then be coupled
together and the individual response from each section measured. The
instrument to do this is called a Weld Tester. This instrument is a Gill 8 or 12 built

Compared with the traditional measurement instruments, this instrument has the advantage of simplicity, compact size, and portability. An automatic contact point detection algorithm was developed to allow the instrument to correctly detect the drop contact points. Two different contact angle calculation methods, Young-Laplace and polynomial fitting methods, were implemented in this instrument. The performance of this instrument was tested first with ideal synthetic drop profiles. It was shown that the accuracy of the new system with ideal synthetic drop profiles can reach 0.01% with both Young-Laplace and polynomial fitting methods. Conducting experiments to measure both static and dynamic (advancing and receding) contact angles with the developed instrument, we found that the smartphone-based instrument can provide accurate and practical measurement results as the traditional commercial instruments. The successful demonstration of use of a smartphone (mobile phone) to conduct contact angle measurement is a significant advancement in the field as it breaks the dominate mold of use of a computer and a bench bound setup for such systems since their appearance in 1980s</span></p><p><span style="font-family: Lora, serif; font-size: 20px;"></span></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br /></div><br /><p></p>Kulim Hi-Tech Sdn Bhdhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12428445220167857152noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5522187972976478139.post-89370475217645980082022-11-09T23:13:00.001-08:002022-11-09T23:13:14.526-08:00Electrochemical Cell Set Kulim Kht ACM Bubble Test Set up<p></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/a/AVvXsEjC-bSXcKCQPz8__Z2KT7W1AueIjgFXCrFcFRq2GfRcHeX7X88ts0pkgvdUMSrabbviBrH5FsOdMS7E9QkLI3QIUKIlRtN5yIIdROU3nXL1Re0Z-r3PssLUHvuS_WZ_k3aHNBhl_96Au1dmDB7RnzBeR1XYSQNG8anhiF-CW6HV7_YPrQDJ7AWEt51Shg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img alt="" data-original-height="235" data-original-width="230" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/a/AVvXsEjC-bSXcKCQPz8__Z2KT7W1AueIjgFXCrFcFRq2GfRcHeX7X88ts0pkgvdUMSrabbviBrH5FsOdMS7E9QkLI3QIUKIlRtN5yIIdROU3nXL1Re0Z-r3PssLUHvuS_WZ_k3aHNBhl_96Au1dmDB7RnzBeR1XYSQNG8anhiF-CW6HV7_YPrQDJ7AWEt51Shg=w392-h400" width="392" /></a></div><br /> <p></p><h3 style="background-color: white; box-sizing: inherit; font-family: Lato, Helvetica, Tahoma, Geneva, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 1.5rem; margin: 0.75rem 0px 1.5rem; text-rendering: optimizelegibility;"><span style="color: red;">Electrochemical Cell Kit</span></h3><p><span style="background-color: white; color: #424753; font-family: Raleway, Helvetica, Tahoma, Geneva, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;">The 1 Litre Quickfit type Electrochemical Cell is supplied with the following: Sealed 1 Litre Reaction Vessel; Platinum Band Type Auxiliary Electrode; Saturated Calomel Reference Electrode; Reservoir; Luggin Probe with Tubing; Platinum Mains Noise Reduction Electrode; Retort Stand; 0-105°C Thermometer; Glass Frit; Exhaust and a two Electrode Probe. but each channel is isolated allowing samples to be in the
same electrolyte.
Fixed potentials for parallel potentiostatic tests.
This instrument provides 16 potentiostats for long term
testing of electrodes at a fixed potential.</p><p> Each channel has a fixed current measurement range,
selected on purchase for the type of testing to be
performed. The standard range is 350 mA with a
resolution of 5 micro Amps.
Output potential can either be fixed, selected by a two,
three or four position switch, or variable via a 10-turn
dialled knob. Extra optional potential selectors may be
added and channels grouped. </p><p>Typical configurations
would be all channels set by a two position switch
selecting 1.5V or 3V, or channels 1-8 set from -5V to +5V
via a 10 turn dialled knob and channels 9-16 set by their
own dialled knob. Most standard cathodic disbondment
tests (e.g. ISO15711, or ASTM G8, G42, G80, G95 or
CSA Z-245) require 1.05V, 1.5V, 3V or 3.5V; however a
galvanostat option can be added for the 3mA Australian
and New Zealand standards (AS-3862, AS/NZS4352). </p><p> Measurement of the current flowing from each potentiostat
and the voltage between RE and WE (as a check on
operation) is performed by a pair of 24 bit converters,
running at a maximum read rate of 4 channels per
second. </p><p> The software supplied allows for simple set up of data
filename and read rate and displays the latest data
recorded. The data is stored on the PCs hard disc as the
test progresses. In the event of a power cut the data will
be added to the earlier data on resumption of the power
supply.
An example of the use of a Pot 16 is in performing tests
on coated steel to study the likelihood of cathodic
disbondment at a fixed potential.
A dedicated and powerful instrument offering very cost
effective fixed potentiostats for long term measurement. </p>Kulim Hi-Tech Sdn Bhdhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12428445220167857152noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5522187972976478139.post-40385652424379325882022-11-09T20:08:00.000-08:002022-11-09T20:08:21.348-08:00Kulim Kht ACM Weld Tester ZRA<p></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/a/AVvXsEiyblRAJx5fZcyeb4Ncns-76IIQ3dE-5q44c3ugN5XjUBYMWJPzgdIUNXtQm6YF0ummk63pEguaajuBf0qlrFNzDhzGu408A2nj77KOJ-qdsxeiHX3_3808pUO4YFj4HCBJ7rh-Nk-KnToNlq0sdC7qEhBqYg70wLOeT6JbbOSdjmVqDdXqYikm7KwLEg" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img alt="" data-original-height="164" data-original-width="300" height="175" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/a/AVvXsEiyblRAJx5fZcyeb4Ncns-76IIQ3dE-5q44c3ugN5XjUBYMWJPzgdIUNXtQm6YF0ummk63pEguaajuBf0qlrFNzDhzGu408A2nj77KOJ-qdsxeiHX3_3808pUO4YFj4HCBJ7rh-Nk-KnToNlq0sdC7qEhBqYg70wLOeT6JbbOSdjmVqDdXqYikm7KwLEg" width="320" /></a></div><br /> <span style="color: red; font-size: x-large;">Weld Tester </span><p></p><p>With five independent ZRAs a weld tester is the

The specimen is electrically isolated from the other components in the system and the corrosion on its outer surface is measured. At various speeds, the surface of this electrode specimen is subjected to various boundary layers and flow effects. At Cortest, we have developed a system that can accommodate any size specimen. This system can be fitted to any existing autoclave and used at temperatures up to 220°C (428°F) and pressures of 15.1 MPa (2,200 PSI). Ports can be included in the lid for electrochemical probes.</span></p><p style="background: rgb(248, 248, 248); border: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; color: #2f2f2f; font-family: "Open Sans", Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; margin: 0px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; text-align: center; text-size-adjust: 100%; vertical-align: baseline;"><br /></p><p style="background: rgb(248, 248, 248); border: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; color: #2f2f2f; font-family: "Open Sans", Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; margin: 0px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; text-align: center; text-size-adjust: 100%; vertical-align: baseline;">Coupon holder options Rotating</p><p style="background: rgb(248, 248, 248); border: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; color: #2f2f2f; font-family: "Open Sans", Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; margin: 0px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; text-align: center; text-size-adjust: 100%; vertical-align: baseline;"> Cage</p><p style="background: rgb(248, 248, 248); border: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; color: #2f2f2f; font-family: "Open Sans", Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; margin: 0px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; text-align: center; text-size-adjust: 100%; vertical-align: baseline;"> Rotating Coupon</p><p style="background: rgb(248, 248, 248); border: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; color: #2f2f2f; font-family: "Open Sans", Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; margin: 0px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; text-align: center; text-size-adjust: 100%; vertical-align: baseline;"> Rotating Cylinder Electrode </p><p style="background: rgb(248, 248, 248); border: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; color: #2f2f2f; font-family: "Open Sans", Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; margin: 0px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; text-align: center; text-size-adjust: 100%; vertical-align: baseline;">3 and 4 Point Bend Fixtures

The Pot 16 offers 16 individual potentiostats (number of channels can be determined by your needs). Each channel has a fixed current measurement range, selected on purchase for the type of testing to be performed. The standard range is 350mA with a resolution of 5µA.</p><p style="background-color: white; box-sizing: inherit; color: #424753; font-family: Raleway, Helvetica, Tahoma, Geneva, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; margin: 1rem 0px;">Output potential can either be fixed, selected by a switch, or variable via a 10-turn dialled knob. Extra optional potential selectors may be added and channels grouped. Typical configurations would be all channels set by a two position switch selecting 1.5V or 3.5V, or channels 1-8 set from -5V to +5V via a 10 turn dialled knob and channels 9-16 set by their own dialled knob. Most standard Cathodic Disbondment tests (e.g. ISO15711, or ASTM G8, G42, G80, G95 or CSA Z-245) require 1.05V, 1.5V, 3V or 3.5V; however a galvanostat option can be added for the 3mA Australian and New Zealand standards (AS-3862, AS/NZS4352). Please specify which standards you require when quoting. We will ensure your Pot 16 complies.</p><p style="background-color: white; box-sizing: inherit; color: #424753; font-family: Raleway, Helvetica, Tahoma, Geneva, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; margin: 1rem 0px;">A single dialled knob is fitted as standard, to allow a wide range of potentials to be selected for all channels. Additional dialled knobs may be specified to allow different potentials on groups of channels. In some cases a variable potential is not desirable, in which case, switches may be specified to allow selection between fixed potentials e.g. -1.5V & -3.5V.</p><p style="background-color: white; box-sizing: inherit; color: #424753; font-family: Raleway, Helvetica, Tahoma, Geneva, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; margin: 1rem 0px;">Alternatively up to 4 fixed potentials may be ordered and allocated between the 16 channels at no extra cost. For example channels 1 to 8 could be set to -1.5V, channels 9 to 11 set to -3V, channel 12 to 14 set to -3.5V and 15 to 16 set at -4V. These potentials are set on internal 25 turn trimming potentiometers.</p><p style="background-color: white; box-sizing: inherit; color: #424753; font-family: Raleway, Helvetica, Tahoma, Geneva, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; margin: 1rem 0px;">To increase the value of these tests both current and voltage are monitored and stored using very high accuracy internal voltmeters. The voltage should stay constant at the set potential but if this is not the case it is usually an indication of problems with the cell (for example a bubble in the Luggin probe).</p><p style="background-color: white; box-sizing: inherit; color: #424753; font-family: Raleway, Helvetica, Tahoma, Geneva, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; margin: 1rem 0px;">The Pot 16 can easily be customised to the customers specifications. Higher current output, more channels, less channels, waterproof enclosure, alternative connectors and battery powered option are all possible. The Pot 16 is infinitely variable. It is designed to accommodate the needs and specifications of the end user.</p><h4 style="background-color: white; box-sizing: inherit; color: #424753; font-family: Lato, Helvetica, Tahoma, Geneva, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 1.25rem; margin: 0.75rem 0px 1.5rem; text-rendering: optimizelegibility;">Standards:</h4><ul style="background-color: white; box-sizing: inherit; color: #424753; font-family: Raleway, Helvetica, Tahoma, Geneva, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; margin-bottom: 1.5rem; margin-left: 1.5rem; margin-top: 1.5rem; padding: 0px;"><li style="box-sizing: inherit;">ASTM G8, G42, G80, G95 and their variants</li><li style="box-sizing: inherit;">AWWA C-210, API RP 5L7</li><li style="box-sizing: inherit;">CSA Z-245.20-02 and Z245.21-02</li><li style="box-sizing: inherit;">BS EN10289 : 2000(E)</li><li style="box-sizing: inherit;">ISO15711 Method A & B</li><li style="box-sizing: inherit;">ISO-21809-2 and ISO-21809-3</li><li style="box-sizing: inherit;">NACE RP0394</li><li style="box-sizing: inherit;">Shell DEP 31.40.30.31-Gen and Shell DEP 31.40.30.32-Gen</li><li style="box-sizing: inherit;">DIN 30 671 (1987)</li><li style="box-sizing: inherit;">NF A49-711, NF A49-716</li><li style="box-sizing: inherit;">09-SAMSS-089 ARAMCO</li><li style="box-sizing: inherit;">GBE/CW6:Part 1 and BGC-PS-CW6:Part 1</li><li style="box-sizing: inherit;">ARCO China</li><li style="box-sizing: inherit;">AS-3862, AS/NZS4352:1995 Method A & B. <strong style="box-sizing: inherit;">(Pot 16 with Galvanostat option or <a href="http://www.acminstruments.com/products/lab-instruments/gal-16" style="background: transparent; box-sizing: inherit; color: #da251d; text-decoration-line: none; transition: all 0.2s ease 0s;" title="Click to view Gal 16 details">Gal 16</a> Only)</strong></li></ul>Kulim Hi-Tech Sdn Bhdhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12428445220167857152noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5522187972976478139.post-31822155444446026942021-10-04T22:51:00.002-07:002022-11-03T02:00:24.440-07:00Meniscus Contact Angle Kulim Kht in Bahasa Malaysia<iframe width="480" height="270" src="https://youtube.com/embed/IrkborD-F3E" frameborder="0"></iframe>Kulim Hi-Tech Sdn Bhdhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12428445220167857152noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5522187972976478139.post-90295843615851241342021-10-04T00:30:00.003-07:002022-11-03T02:00:46.343-07:00Kulim KHT Data Receiver Connection <iframe style="background-image:url(https://i.ytimg.com/vi/SV2bQ6_W8n0/hqdefault.jpg)" width="480" height="360" src="https://youtube.com/embed/SV2bQ6_W8n0" frameborder="0"></iframe>Kulim Hi-Tech Sdn Bhdhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12428445220167857152noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5522187972976478139.post-90565400705649592242020-10-06T00:56:00.001-07:002023-12-07T22:04:00.729-08:00Ring Du Noüy ring Measurement Kulim Kht<p style="text-align: center;"> </p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEisrLVUZCECdrqTIHcm5Jw9JTPagFWsBl6lwFfNdyAgOADEX1hByegLmDrulpw6aWJavYgpR3c5X13SKced4nEGfYhKYTDDDM9VPRQO8qkelOwiJbD_uGQ5aq7DQGOkdm-F51gu37wztLR5R3WQZ5aAlQOt2Z1Wez-D_ZqTnE7bj_Ra_uekbqcfIQQe1jJM/s1688/Du-%20Nouy%20Spec..jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1446" data-original-width="1688" height="274" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEisrLVUZCECdrqTIHcm5Jw9JTPagFWsBl6lwFfNdyAgOADEX1hByegLmDrulpw6aWJavYgpR3c5X13SKced4nEGfYhKYTDDDM9VPRQO8qkelOwiJbD_uGQ5aq7DQGOkdm-F51gu37wztLR5R3WQZ5aAlQOt2Z1Wez-D_ZqTnE7bj_Ra_uekbqcfIQQe1jJM/s320/Du-%20Nouy%20Spec..jpg" width="320" /></a></div><br /><p></p><p>Optional<span style="font-size: medium;"><b> platinum/iridium ring</b> </span>is supplied in a protective transport case. The ring should be cleaned
regularly after use and treated carefully to avoid deformation. Dimensions: R (ring) = 9.58 mm, r
(wire)= 0.185mm.
A good way to store the ring is to immerse it in ethanol by first hanging it on a hook attached to a
lid, which is then attached to a beaker filled half-full with ethanol. Then before using the ring again
flush it with pure ethanol and water, or burn it with a Bunsen burner (ca. 1000 oC flame) for a short
time (glowing yellow-red for a few seconds). In this way the ring will keep its form better and will
not deform as easily as by putting it back to the wooden box after each measurement.
The ring that is used must have R/r ratios of around 52 or 26. This is because when the Du Noüy
ring is used, a correction factor has to be applied. The software includes correction factor for rings
with R/r of 52 or 26. You can read more about the correction in the Theory section of this manual. </p>Kulim Hi-Tech Sdn Bhdhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12428445220167857152noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5522187972976478139.post-80286930779697559632020-10-05T23:20:00.001-07:002023-12-07T22:06:49.652-08:00Contact Angle Tilting stage Kulim Kht <p></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjD_zqeBGVHFcT_uxO6z4J2ULW2RrR_1v_KfwTYpYZ2N4aAc79Su7PkL5CfTqOoEQOLwAT_W38wt3ZXpDDzrgs6wmM-cvESaFY21zQl8EjqpbRC3u9_-HNmy21CEriyN5w2fNwvSkc2H4HoAWaGLNoYR_3l3D2rEKvXYHWJVh1Sw4vWzcLIlb-sKjOeQAp2/s1834/Droplet-Kulim%20Kht.png" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1834" data-original-width="1828" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjD_zqeBGVHFcT_uxO6z4J2ULW2RrR_1v_KfwTYpYZ2N4aAc79Su7PkL5CfTqOoEQOLwAT_W38wt3ZXpDDzrgs6wmM-cvESaFY21zQl8EjqpbRC3u9_-HNmy21CEriyN5w2fNwvSkc2H4HoAWaGLNoYR_3l3D2rEKvXYHWJVh1Sw4vWzcLIlb-sKjOeQAp2/s320/Droplet-Kulim%20Kht.png" width="319" /></a></div><br /><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br /></div><br /> <b><span style="font-size: medium;">Manual tilting stage

efficiency of the solar cells is constantly increasing. Contact angle
measurements can be utilized in many stages of solar cell research
and solar panel manufacturing as well as in quality control of
solar cells. Anti-reflective coatings are used in all solar panels
to improve efficiency and lifetime of the solar cells. Study of the
surface properties of these coatings is commonly done by using
contact angle measurements. Ready solar panels are often too
large to be fitted into a laboratory contact angle instrument. is a great tool for quality control and testing of solar
panels due to its portability and unlimited sample size.<p></p>Kulim Hi-Tech Sdn Bhdhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12428445220167857152noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5522187972976478139.post-17671416826124247062019-10-02T23:26:00.002-07:002022-11-03T02:05:38.723-07:00KULIM Kht Advantages of optical tensiometry Contact Angle Measurements.<br />
